Features

    In cattle processing line carriers, production is made from profiles of at least NPI 160 and above, according to their distances.

    The cattle processing rails will be made of 2 x 2x30x50 mm 304 quality stainless box profiles, and they are connected to the carrier system with specially made and bent special hangers made of stainless material.

    The clamps connecting the twin rail profiles to the NPI profile carrier are mounted with M12 bolts.

    Hot-dip galvanizing will be done after the cattle processing line, twin-rail frame and twin-rail frame carrier beams are manufactured.

    The entire system is bolted in place.

It is a rail system where cattle are transported during operations such as skinning and tripe taking.
