Sheep Processing Conveyor

Conveyor chassis will be manufactured from NPI 220 profile.

Conveyor will be driven by a 4 kW motor-reducer.

The movement in the reducer will be transmitted to the conveyor with the chain-gear system, the conveyor speed is 3.2 mt./min.

The distance between the sheep during processing is 3 or 2 meters.

The foot span distance will be 90 cm.

Conveyor chassis will be hot dip galvanized, other mechanical parts will be electro galvanized.

The way the hooks will go is two 50x30x3 mm stainless steel boxes profile and will be mounted on the chassis with stainless parts and bolts (stainless bolts).

There will be drive and tensioning gears at both ends of the chassis.

There will be pallets pushing the hooks on the chain, the distance between the chain shaft axes will be 100mm.

The chain will be electro-galvanized.
