SHEEP LIFTING ELEVATOR

Suitable for ovines.

It allows the sheep to be lifted to the bleeding line.

Features

With the help of pusher shoes placed at 1000 mm distances on the sheep lifting elevator chain, the sheep are transferred to the bleeding monorail alive and rising with an inclination of approximately 45 degrees.

The lift elevator is driven by 2 HP power and worm screw motor reducer.

One of the chain gears provides movement from the motor-reducer via the chain gear.

The other gear is the tensioning gear and is mounted on the tail part of the chassis

The bearing of the gears on the chassis is with ball bearings.

Elevator is mounted on the sheep bleeding rail on the drive part and on the floor with special dowels on the tail part.

Housing is hot-dip galvanized, gears and chains are electro-galvanized.
