It will be manufactured from 304 quality stainless steel sheet.

There will be a grill in two pieces of 304 quality CrNi material on it.

There will be two outlets and there will be a polyamide plug at these outlets.

During cutting, the plug will be closed to the waste water hole, and when the cut is finished, the plug will be closed to the blood outlet hole and the inside of the pan will be washed with water.
