Sheep Bleeding Line

It is the rail system where the sheep are transported to the processing area.

At least NPI 160 and above profiles are used in carriers according to their distances.

The rail parts will be made of 2 pieces of 1.5x30x50mm.304 quality stainless box profile. The profiles are connected to the carrier system with specially made and bent special hangers made of stainless material.

Hingels connecting the twin rail profiles to the NPI profile carrier are mounted with M12 ñ M14 bolts.

The bolts connecting the twin rail to the hooks are M4 ñ M6.

After the production of the carrier chassis is made and checked according to the size, it is completely hot-dip galvanized in disassembled form.

All bolts and nuts used are electro galvanized. The entire system is bolted in place.
