Features
Conveyor chassis will be made of NPU 80 and NPU 140 profiles.
There are drive and tensioning gears at both ends of the chassis. Specially manufactured chains with 100 mm shaft axes are attached to these gears, with pallets pushing the hooks on them.
It is driven by a motor-reducer whose power is determined according to the conveyor length.
The distance between the cattle during processing is a minimum of 3 meters and the foot clearance is 90 cm.
Conveyor chassis will be hot dip galvanized, other mechanical parts will be electro galvanized.
The twin rail walkway where the hooks will go will consist of 2 pieces of 2x30x50 mm stainless steel box profiles and will be assembled with special parts.
